Opportunity to educate travel professionals

“The Cayman Islands Tourism Exchange, now in its 10th year, is the only annual forum for leading suppliers of the Cayman Islands Tourism Industry to meet with major travel wholesalers from the US, UK, Europe and Canada.
“This professional business exchange is a personal opportunity to educate travel professionals who sell the Cayman Islands about the diverse tourism products available. This allows the wholesalers to more successfully promote and sell the Cayman Islands to their customers as a top tourist destination.”
The event involves suppliers such as local tourism businesses looking to expand business opportunities and showcase their offerings and increase bookings through the various buying channels. There are also buyers and wholesalers from the US, UK, Europe and Canada who sell the Cayman Islands and want to improve their knowledge of the Islands’ tourism and to create new business opportunities. There are also sponsors and travel industry partners from Cayman and overseas.
Registration is available online for CITA members. It costs $399, which includes two delegates, a table, scheduled appointments and wi-fi. A local delegate registration for additional company representatives or allied tourism partners allows access to the ceremony and networking events and is $125 per delegate.
