We Caymanians question developments and that is a good thing. However, this can be taken too far.
I can remember how we questioned Camana Bay before it was started and that has turned out to be an excellent development, employing many Caymanians. I have never heard any negative remarks about Camana Bay; it is simply superb and something we can all be proud of.
The Dart family has an excellent track record and this is why I am sure the For Cayman Investment Alliance will be good for Cayman. It is my opinion that the time for talk is past and the time for action is now. When this development starts, others will follow. It will provide stimulus for the economy and that is sorely needed.

I can’t say that I follow Billy’s logic, but then again he is Chairman of the UDP, an organization apparently bereft of logic and common sense, and out of touch with anyone other than their most ardent supporters.
Billy,
You are the Chairman of the UDP so a fisherman never says his Bait is Stink!
We are not against development that is controlled. Things are out of control .Dart wants every inch of this island and he for some reason wants to control the boarder! ( Tongue in cheek )Why? Ocean front property is Cayman’s boarder! he should not be allowed to purchase so much ocean front land, where will the police patrol and who will they patrol and monitor, will Mr. Dart’s bodyguards and heavy security run them from his ocean front back yard?
Billy,
sorry, not this time. He’s supposed to hire Caymanians and so should other businesses that’s his reasonable duty ha!
