Little League baseball in the Cayman Islands starts the ball rolling for the 2012 season.
The Field of Dreams facility in George Town will host registration for the upcoming spring season. On Saturday, 7 January, sign-up takes place 12noon to 3pm. On Monday and Tuesday, 9-10 January, the times are 5.30-6.30pm.
Registration is open for boys and girls aged 5-18. They must be age five by 30 April, 2012. All kids who register will be placed on a team and every child will get a skills level evaluation.
The Cayman Islands Little League is going into its 23rd season. Thanks to the generous support of local sponsors, Little League baseball remains completely free for children.
