The annual Cayman Cookout festival brings together the world’s finest celebrity chefs and wine experts. Curated by Eric Ripert as ever, 2012 was a feast of fun with demonstrations, tastings and meals taking place over four days in host venue Ritz-Carlton and other island areas including Camana Bay, the Brasserie and Tiki Beach as Cayman continued on its quest to become culinary capital of the Caribbean.
