The deadline for submission of short films has been extended to Monday, 6th February.
Young people between the ages of 10 and 17 years who have been resident in the Cayman Islands for at least one year prior to the extended entry deadline are encouraged to submit their one to three minute film. Any type of video recording device can be used, including cellular phones.
