GT jazz things up

George Town Sports Club hold their annual Jazz on the Green fundraiser on Saturday.

It promises to be another entertaining evening of delightful jazz music in a relaxing festival atmosphere. George Town coach Lee Ramoon has been promoting the event extensively this week and even appeared on the morning Daybreak Cayman 27 show to encourage people to attend.

It will feature Cayman artist Triggerfish, plus the Desi Jones Quartet from Jamaica, the Eddie Bullen Quartet from Canada and American Jose James.

Tickets are available from Funky Tangs, Moneygram, Arabus, the Department of Tourism, Cayman Box Office, Singh’s Roti Shop, Gaston Maloney and coach Ramoon. Ticket price includes refreshments and beverages. They are $80 in advance-and $90 at the gate

It’s being held at Gaston Maloney’s Gardens, Agnes Way, George Town which is off Linford Peirson Highway, near the Traffic Department from 4.30pm.
