Triple C swings away

Triple C school is about to stage its first annual golf tournament.

North Sound Golf Club will stage the school competition this Friday, 27 April. Triple C’s tournament will be a four-person scramble, which will accommodate up to 72 players in eighteen teams.

The major sponsor for the event is Cashwiz and there will be 18 corporate hole sponsors. For this event, there will be two cars up for grabs in the hole-in-one competition. The two cars have been provided by Vampt Motors (2012 Ford Ranger) and Cayman Automotive (Wheego EV).

All proceeds from this event will go towards capital improvements at Triple C School (Pre-School through Grade 12). The tournament is open to the general public. Individuals or groups of four can register to play. Individual players registration fees is CI$150 and CI$600 for a group of four.

Registration forms can be downloaded at the new Triple C School website, www.triplecschool.org, under events. The entry fee for the event includes a goody bag (per golfer), cart rental, a buffet meal, a chance to win great prizes and following the tournament, there will be an awards presentation.

Registration forms can also be obtained at Cashwiz, the North Sound Golf Course and the Triple C School office. Registration will also be done on the day of the event but spaces may be limited, so the public is encouraged to preregister.
