It’s that time of the month again, when the moon is full and bright.
In some of the world, this might signal folks becoming a little unhinged or even turning into wolves … but here in the Caribbean it’s just a great excuse to enjoy a balmy evening under the stars.
For something a little out of the way and extraordinary, Kaibo’s Luna del Mar, is a great way to celebrate a full moon evening – dinner on the beach, with the sand between your toes, palm trees swaying overhead and waves lapping at the shore.
DJ Cupcake creates an ultra tranquil atmosphere with plenty of chill out tunes, which pick up in tempo as the evening progresses and Chef Lawrence Tham serves up delicious dishes from his contemporary a la carte menu, complemented by a boutique wine list.
After dinner, sparklers are handed out to guests, the tunes pick up, the dancing begins and the sky is lit up by a spectacular lantern display.
It’s on tonight, Friday, 4 May – so don’t miss out. The next Luna del Mar is 1 June, which will mark the five-year anniversary of this monthly event.
