CINICO extends satisfaction survey

The Cayman Islands National Insurance company is extending its online customer satisfaction survey until Wednesday, 27 June, the insurer announced Tuesday.

The company launched the survey of civil servants, pensioners and those who work in statutory bodies on 22 May.

Lonny Tibbetts, CEO of CINICO, said: “At CINICO, we greatly value the opinions of our all our members, so we decided to extend the survey to the 27th to allow members a longer opportunity to complete it.

This research project will provide valuable information to us, so every respondent counts.”

The survey is confidential and results are collected off-island by a third party, the insurance company assured members.

To access the survey, members must enter the first nine digits of their 12-digit member ID number found on the front of their
CINICO CarePay member card.

The responses are not linked to the ID number.

Mr. Tibbetts said this type of market research is an effective way to collect the opinions and suggestions from CINICO members, so that CINICO can incorporate it into its new and existing plans.

“We are looking forward to hearing the results, which will provide clear data from the members themselves”, Mr. Tibbetts added.

Those completing the survey will be eligible to win one of two Ipads.

A link to the survey is available at www.cinico.ky. Those requiring a paper copy of the survey should call Tower Marketing at 623-6700.
