Stress is mess if Jesus is not your life vest

stress is mess, don’t live your life in distress

be bless and put faith to the test

be happy, be joyful, be cheerful

and don’t forget to be prayerful

stress is a mess when you are down in the valley

and you don’t know how to tarry

stress is a mess if you don’t S-Stay close to Him

T-Trust Him in everything R-Resting in Him

E-Enter into His gates with thanksgiving

S-Sing hymns of praise to Him

S-Seek Him first then he’ll add everything

stress is a mess but if you learn how to lean

in the time of your famine you can glean (like Ruth)

Ruth put her faith to the test and reap from Boaz who’s one of Gods best

don’t let stress turn your life into a mess
