Night for diva-esque indulgence

It’s Ladies Night. And, oh what a night it’s gonna be …

Rotary Sunrise presents a unique, one of a kind, ladies only evening of sophistication, glamour and prizes, on Saturday 3 November.

It’s no secret that ladies love a bit of quality “girl time” whatever their marital or relationship statues, so the Rotarians decided to create Dining Divas – a wonderful night out with the girls, that also allows them to support a great, charitable organisation.

The fabulous fundraiser takes place at the ultra-chic Osetra Bay and will include dinner, drinks and entertainment.

Ladies can dress up in their most fabulous footwear and designer dresses and enjoy cocktails from 6.30pm and dinner at 7pm. Get a party together as tables are for eight or more and the service promises to be rather special: some of the male Rotarians are going to be up for auction, and ladies can bid to be served by them.

There will be entertainment throughout the night, with a competition for the most diva-licious footwear on show.

“All ladies love to show off a pair of sexy shoes that they bought ‘just because they loved them’, so this competition will allow them to do just that and receive votes from their girlfriends,” says event organiser Joanne Rutty. “The winner will receive not only the recognition, but a selected prize befitting of the title – we can’t share all our secrets!”

A variety of other raffle prizes will be drawn, including the Bikini and Bellini package from Sand Angels. The star prize of the evening, however, is a John Hardy necklace and pendant valued at $2,500.

And just like lots of modern day Cinderellas, when the bewitching hour strikes, your carriage will await. Really. Chauffeurs will be there just waiting to drive you home.
