Former Cayman Islands Chief Magistrate Margaret Ramsay Hale will act as the top judge in the Turks and Caico Islands for about a month.
According to a press release from Turks Governor Ric Todd, Mrs. Ramsay-Hale was sworn in as Acting Chief Justice for a period between 17 December and 11 January.
Mrs. Ramsay-Hale took up her post in the eastern Caribbean Islands last year.
