Lana Elias, a Caymanian from George Town, was the lucky recipient of a vacation week overseas.
The prize was given to celebrate the launch of the Reef Resident Club during a recent presentation hosted by the Reef Resort Director Gaetan Babin at the Chamber of Commerce on Friday, 4 January.
The prize allows the recipient to choose their destination from 75 countries and 2,400 Interval International resorts.
Ms Elias said she is hoping to travel to France, Italy or Ireland. She plans to take her son and other family members with her to enjoy their two bedroom accommodation.
“This is such a special prize for my son and I, as we have never been to Europe and maybe we would never have the opportunity to travel that far without this amazing prize,” she said.
The Reef Resident Club project is the brainchild of Mr. Babin.
“The Reef Resident Club is a unique members-only privilege program, offering incredible opportunities and unquestionable value exclusively to residents of the Cayman Islands,” he said.
“We have decided to give back to our community in an unusual way,” he added.
“We wanted to offer exceptional travel opportunities to residents at a very low cost so we developed the Reef Resident Club a unique opportunity exclusively for residents of the Cayman Islands.”
