Local construction and property advisory firm Bould Consulting Limited is re-branding itself as Rider Levett Bucknall.
Martyn Bould has been practicing as a chartered quantity surveyor, project manager and arbitrator in the Caribbean since 1969. In 2004, Bould Consulting began a partnership with United Kingdom-based Bucknall Austin.
In 2007, property firms Rider Hunt and Levett Bucknall joined with Bucknall Austin to form Rider Levett Bucknall.
The global group has more than 3,000 people in 117 offices across the world, and has professional experience in Asia, Oceania, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Americas and the Caribbean.
With Mr. Bould as the group’s Caribbean chairman, Rider Levett Bucknall operates throughout the region from offices in the Bahamas, Barbados, the Cayman Islands and St. Lucia.
The group is involved in projects including the US$3.5 billion Baha Mar resort in Nassau, Bahamas, the Staatsolie Oil Refinery in Suriname, the St. Lucia National Hospital and Limegrove Lifestyle Centre in Barbados.
The Cayman firm marked its re-branding with a celebration Wednesday evening at Mr. Bould’s home, Callaloo.
