Lara Kesselring’s work at West Bay facility Dolphin Cove has been recognised by its management.
Ms Kesselring has managed and trained six Atlantic bottlenose dolphins without aggression or incident since joining at the opening of the cove in December, 2008.
In her 12 years in the industry she has worked throughout the Caribbean.
Cayman “I feel honoured to accept this award and thank Dolphin Cove for all the support over the years.
I am extremely proud of everyone of my staff and thank them for their hard work and dedication towards this achievement,” she said.
“Working with dolphins for 12 years has been extremely rewarding and I look forward to what the future has in store for me.”
There are four Dolphin Cove parks in total with the other three in various Jamaican resorts.
