The Chamber Pension Plan has appointed Eduardo D’Angelo P. Silva as trustee.
Trustees serve on the board on a voluntary basis for three to five years and are active members in the business community covering different industry sectors. Mr. Silva represents the Chamber of Commerce and has more than 25 years experience in the financial services industry.
“Mr. Silva’s financial expertise and business experience make him an ideal candidate for the role. We are thrilled that he is joining our team,” said William Fleury, chief operating officer and general manager of the Chamber Pension Plan. Currently the managing director at Insight Global Holdings, Mr. Silva first came to Cayman in 1994 as managing director at Sul America International Bank. He is a founding member and past chairman of Cayman Finance, as well as a past president of the Cayman Islands Bankers Association.
“I am very pleased to be joining the board of the Chamber Pension Plan. I hope that my understanding and experience of the Cayman finance industry can add value and insight to the Chamber Pension plan,” Mr. Silva said.
