Bodden Town hit six

Bodden Town announced they want to retain the Premier League title and FA Cup and win any other competition they enter this season.

Well they certainly looked capable of doing that on Sunday in the first round of the newly created President’s Cup, smashing six past Academy Sports Club without reply at the TE McField Annex. Ricoh Brown and Theron Wood got two apiece and the other Bodden Town scorers were Karl Solomon and Alfredo Cardoza.

Sunset were impressive too, beating Cayman Athletic 4-1. Justin Pierre grabbed a hat-trick for Sunset and Tom Chipchase hit the other. Nigel Solomon scored Athletic’s goal.

Miguel Simms got both goals for George Town as they beat Scholars International at the Ed Bush stadium.

Elite came from two goals down to win 3-2 in extra time against North Side. Guiton King and Horace Howell scored for North Side and the Elite marksmen were Dwayne “Gaza” Wright, Jessus Ebanks and Jason Ebanks.
