The Wednesday Night Running Club expects another fantastic year, and its members Ashleigh Moore, Justine Plenkiewicz, Gill Comins, Scott Ruby and Dave Bennett already competed in the Ironshore Ultra Marathon on Saturday.
Membership is free and running sessions are held every Wednesday at 6 p.m. outside the World Gym on West Bay Road. Members run between 3 and 5 miles, and all abilities are welcome.
“There is a lot of running-related fun to look forward to in the next few weeks to make the start of your year go by faster,” said Wednesday Night Running Club founder Tony Watts.
