The Cayman National Cultural Foundation needs volunteers for its Red Sky At Night festival on Saturday, March 1, at the Harquail Cultural Centre.
The festival involves a night of arts and culture, where guests can watch live performances from musicians, actors and storytellers and view works by visual artists and craftspeople. Caribbean films and performances will also be featured in the building’s theaters.
The foundation is seeking volunteers in the following areas: event set-up assistant, artist check-in, fire marshal, main entrance tickets, gate runner, technical assistant, scheduling films, stage manager, emcee, usher, Cafe Cayman assistant, visual arts liaison, performer liaison, T-shirt distribution, pond lifeguard, videographer, costume models, and exhibition monitor.
Each shift lasts three hours and volunteers will be provided with two free tickets, a complimentary T-Shirt, and free refreshments.
