Woody aims to smash Whizz’s record

Bodden Town aim to complete their season unbeaten when they play arch-rivals Scholars International at the Bodden Town Field, aka The Office, on Sunday.

It is the final round of games in the Premier League and a sizeable crowd is expected for the 7 p.m. kick-off.

BT’s top striker Theron “Woody” Wood wants to beat the all-time scoring record of 32 set by Gary “Whizz” Whittaker and is only three short. He has another chance in the FA Cup final the following week.

In the earlier game at Bodden Town, North Side face George Town.

The matches at the TE McField Annex on Sunday feature Academy and Cayman Athletic first, kick-off 5 p.m. The later game is Elite against Sunset.
