East End Mystical Youth continue to be the preeminent dynasty in local dominoes.
East End won the playoff segment of the Cayman Islands Domino Association 2013-2014 national league. Mystical Youth ended up in first place after beating Island All Stars by 11 points in the postseason finale last month at Pirates Cove Bar. All Stars finished second, with Archies taking third and the Singh’s Roti Shop team in fourth place. The squads were presented with trophies and medals after the postseason ended.
Mystical Youth were also the league winners for the fourth straight year. It was a dominant showing for the East End crew, who only lost two matches all season.
The association said details for the new league would be announced shortly.
