Austin Harris pleads not guilty to common assault, damaging property
Austin Harris, host of the “Cayman Crosstalk” radio show on Rooster 101, entered pleas of not guilty in Summary Court on Tuesday.
He is charged with common assault in relation to the unlawful assault of a named female by grabbing her by the neck at an address on Drake Quay on March 9. He is also charged with damage to property, relating to damaging a window valued at less than $3,000 at the same premises on the same date.
Magistrate Valdis Foldats set trial for May 21, 2015, and extended bail until then.
The defendant is represented by attorney Lloyd Samson.
