Schurrle set to return home

Andre Schurrle may have won the World Cup with Germany only six months ago, but he is marginalized at Chelsea, which is prepared to sell him to Wolfsburg.

The German club is prepared to pay Chelsea $30 million, but the Blues want around $40 million.

Wolfsburg believes Schurrle can help them get into the Champions League and want to sign him ahead of rivals Borussia Dortmund who are struggling.

Schurrle, 24, scored for Chelsea against Swansea on Saturday, but Blues boss Jose Mourinho uses him infrequently, and the frustrated German wants to return
to his homeland.
