Intertrust acquires CorpNordic

Intertrust Group has completed the acquisition of CorpNordic, a corporate services provider in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.

With this acquisition, Intertrust becomes the market leader of trust and corporate services in Sweden and Denmark, and expands its network with offices in Norway and Finland. This reinforces Intertrust’s acquisition strategy, aimed at extending its expertise and global capabilities in the light of ongoing globalization and clients’ increasingly complex needs, the company said in a statement.

David de Buck, CEO of Intertrust Group said, “We strongly believe that this acquisition will benefit clients, business partners and employees. We are an excellent fit, both from a business and from an organizational perspective. Additionally, the transaction means both employees and clients may benefit from transfer of knowledge and experience between the two teams.”

Marije van der Lint, managing director of Intertrust Cayman added, “With CorpNordic joining Intertrust’s strong global network, we will be able to serve more clients in the Nordics and more Nordic clients in other parts of the world, including here in the Cayman Islands.”
