East End and North Side floats

The eastern districts went all out in presenting elaborate and creative floats for this year’s Pirates Week parade.  

With a nautical theme they playfully contrasted the giant cruise ships arriving in Cayman today with the old time fishing heritage of the past, along with adding a lot of fun touches including old-fashioned washerwomen, unique art pieces and of course plenty of happy kids.
