Police say an 18-year-old George Town man was shot in the torso overnight. The man went to the hospital, where officers interviewed him just before 6 a.m. Saturday.
Police say they’re investigating if the injured man is connected to a reported shooting at 7-Mile Shops at 3:30 a.m. Saturday on West Bay Road.
The gunshot was not life threatening and the man’s condition is listed as stable, according to Raymond Christian with the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service.
