Hundreds donned their reddest outfits on Friday for the Cayman Heart Fund’s annual Ruby Luncheon. The event is part of Heart Health Week, which kicked off on Thursday and concluded Saturday. Dr. Yvonne Johnson of Baptist Health South Florida served as the keynote speaker. She said it’s crucial for women to be vigilant, because heart disease is the top killer in the Western world.
