Seafarers and veterans, and their spouses, who are receiving government benefits, have until May 31 to update their information with the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development.
The ministry issued an advisory this week stating that anyone receiving the benefits should have received a form to fill out and return to the ministry.
The forms can be returned by mail or dropped off in person at the Government Administration Building on Elgin Avenue.
The ministry has been working to update its health insurance database since July 2015. Those who do not respond to the appeal for updated information risk losing their benefits.
Anyone who has not received a form or has questions can call the ministry at 244-2224.
