RE/MAX Cayman Islands dominates awards

RE/MAX Cayman Islands received three of the top four international awards at the R4 convention in Las Vegas from Feb. 27 to March 3. R4 is RE/MAX corporate’s annual worldwide convention.

Among 29,513 RE/MAX international agents and in the Top International Team Leaders category, Kim Lund (The Lund Team) ranked No. 1, James Bovell (Bovell) ranked No. 2 and Michael Joseph (Property Cayman) ranked No. 4. Kass Coleman (Beach Castles) came in 66th place.

“Not only has our office of 16 agents surpassed any other office in the region, but several agents have been recognized as leaders in the international arena for RE/MAX,” said James Bovell, broker/co-owner of RE/MAX Cayman Islands.

Fellow broker/co-owner Kim Lund, added, “As RE/MAX Cayman Islands celebrates its 25th anniversary, we continue to strive to not only be the best real estate office in the Cayman Islands, but also in the world.”

Mr. Lund also received a Distinguished Service Award. It is only the third time in the brand’s 42-year history that the award has been presented to a real estate professional outside of North America.

Dave Liniger, chairman and co-founder of RE/MAX LLC, said the Distinguished Service Award recognizes the efforts of unique individuals who have gone above the call of duty to better the RE/MAX family, the real estate industry and the larger community.

RE/MAX has more than 106,000 agents in 7,000 offices in nearly 100 countries.
