Appleby has also developed a dedicated website to showcase the latest legal updates, regulatory changes and other developments in the technology sector.
With each jurisdiction taking different approaches to how they regulate emerging technologies and with the increasingly global regulation of data privacy, anti-money laundering and other compliance requirements, there was a need for a single resource that brings together our legal and regulatory knowledge and expertise in this sector, Appleby said.
