Conyers welcomes new corporate attorney

Conyers has appointed Associate Rory O’Connor in the firm’s corporate practice in Cayman.

Before joining Conyers, O’Connor worked as a capital markets associate in the London office of Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP and on the European CLO teams of two top-tier investment banks.

He advises on a wide variety of corporate, banking, securitisation and regulatory matters.

“We are delighted to expand our Cayman corporate practice with the addition of Rory,” said Matthew Stocker, partner in the corporate practice of Conyers. “He brings valuable skills and experience to the team and his appointment reinforces the strength and depth of our corporate practice.”
