Registration deadline for property developers

The Department of Commerce and Investment is reminding property developers that the deadline to register as a Designated Non-Financial Business and Profession for anti-money laundering purposes is Wednesday, 30 Oct.

Anyone who conducts business as a property developer and sells property without using a real estate agent or a broker is required to register with the department.

Registration forms are available at DCI’s business licensing counter, located on the first floor of the Government Administration Building.

The counter is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm.
