A 38-year-old man facing six counts of indecent assault against a minor has denied five of the charges.
Conrad Clint Mendoza, a Filipino national living on Grand Cayman, admitted to fondling the child’s breast sometime between 20 and 23 Aug. 2020. The child is said to have been under 16 years old at the time of the incident.
Five of the indecent assault charges of which Mendoza is accused allege he molested the minor on four separate occasions, and on another used her hands to touch himself inappropriately. During a Grand Court appearance on Friday, 4 March, Mendoza denied those charges.
He has been released on bail and is expected to return to court next month.
