One man remains hospitalised in stable condition at the Cayman Islands Hospital following a crash involving a car and a parked tractor trailer on Friday night.
Police said the incident happened shortly before 9:30pm on West Bay Road, north of the Yacht Club roundabout.
The crash involved a white Nissan Cube and a blue-and-white Ford LTA-9000 tractor trailer.
Police said the crash occurred while the tractor trailer was parked in the northbound lane to conduct roadside work.
The Nissan was travelling northbound at the time.
Police said the driver of the Nissan received injuries which appear to be serious but non-life-threatening, while the driver of the truck was uninjured.
Emergency services transported the driver of the Nissan to the hospital for treatment, where he remains in stable condition.
Both lanes of West Bay Road, north of the Yacht Club roundabout, were temporarily closed Friday night as officers carried out investigations.
Police inquiries are continuing.
