Slocum (slow-kum) Noun — 1. A very slow person. 2. One who may try very hard but is unable to move at the required speed. 3. A sloth. 4. Lazy and weak. 5. A human snail. E.g. “Man, slocum, you cyah bag dem groceries no fasta dun dat?”
