A 37-year-old George Town man died following a stabbing on Shedden Road early this morning, Friday, 5 May.
Police responded to a report of an incident at Enverto Place car park, east of the intersection with Main Street just after 2am.
When they got there, officers saw an unresponsive man and administered CPR until the arrival of emergency medical services, a police press release said.
The man, who has not yet been named, was taken by ambulance to Cayman Islands Hospital where the attending doctor subsequently pronounced him dead.

A second injured man, 40, also from George Town, was taken to hospital in a private vehicle to be treated for stab wounds. He has since been discharged.
Police are treating the incident as a murder – the first recorded in 2023. No arrests have been made.
