Customers at a George Town bar escaped injury in the early hours of Monday morning after multiple shots were fired during a fight in a George Town bar parking lot.
Police said they have recovered a vehicle that was damaged by the gunshots, and it is being forensically processed.
The shooting occurred shortly after 1am Monday, the RCIPS said in a statement issued on Monday afternoon.
Officers responded to a report that shots had been fired during an altercation between multiple people in the parking lot of a bar on Shedden Road, just east of North Sound Road.
Armed officers attended the scene and recovered spent bullet casings.
Police is asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or have any information, is asked to contact George Town CID at 949-4222 or make anonymous tips directly to the RCIPS confidential tip line at 949-7777.
