Renowned DJ Brandi Cyrus to headline International Women’s Day Celebration at Mykonos Steak Club

Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands – February 28th, 2024 – Brandi Cyrus, the acclaimed DJ and advocate for women’s empowerment, is slated to take center stage at the highly anticipated 1st Annual International Women’s Day Celebration event on Friday, March 8th, at Mykonos Steak Club in Grand Cayman. Confirmed honorees include Caymanian supermodel, actress, producer and entrepreneur Selita Ebanks and TV personality and entrepreneur Elizabeth Chambers, among other esteemed honorees.

The event, officially sanctioned by the global International Women’s Day body and hosted by newly relaunched events and marketing agency 7 Mile Society, promises to be a vibrant celebration of female achievement and inclusion set against the picturesque backdrop of one of the Caribbean’s most iconic destinations.

With over a decade of experience in the music industry, Cyrus — soon to embark on her much-anticipated DJ residency at XS Nightclub at Wynn Las Vegas — has solidified her reputation as a leading DJ and influencer, captivating audiences with her unique blend of genres and undeniable stage presence. From intimate gatherings to high-profile events, Cyrus has a proven track record of keeping crowds entertained and engaged.

Prior to Cyrus’s performance, the event will feature an exclusive VIP dinner honoring several accomplished and iconic women from the Cayman Islands, who have been leaders in their fields and represent the best of the country’s female talent. Confirmed honorees include: Betty Baraud MBE, Cert Hon; Selita Ebanks, Caymanian actress, writer, producer, entrepreneur and model; Elizabeth Chambers, TV host and entrepreneur; Cayman National Bank CEO Janet Hislop; Infinite Mind Care founder Sutton Burke, LCPC; Cayman Female Rugby Manager Mercedes Foy; and Natalie Urquhart, Director of the National Gallery.
