Reported missing teen Shantelle Rhoden Aguilar returned home in apparent good health, according to the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service.
Police said the 15-year-old was reported missing on 15 March after she was last seen at her home in George Town. Last week, they renewed calls for the public to report any relevant information about her disappearance.
“Members of the public are encouraged not to harbour Shantelle and other missing teens, but instead to call the 911 immediately if she is seen, for her own safety,” police said in a press release before she was found.
Anyone who locates a missing person can contact police at the RCIPS confidential tip line at 949-7777, or via the police website.
Tips can also be submitted anonymously via the Cayman Crime Stoppers website.
