A man accused of molesting a 12-year-old girl on multiple occasions and raping her in three other incidents, in addition to molesting two other girls, aged 11 and 12, has denied the allegations.

The defendant, 24, of George Town, faces 15 counts of sexual misconduct with a child related to three separate complainants. He has also been accused of trying to entice two of the girls into a group sexual act.

In relation to the first complainant, the man is said to have engaged in a range of sexually inappropriate activities with the girl, starting in January 2023 when she was 11 years old and continuing until sometime in March 2024, at which time she turned 12.

The first set of charges include one count each of sexual communications with a child and meeting a child following sexual communications related to the three girls; four counts of assault by penetration; three counts of rape; one count of possession of 11 indecent images of a child; and one count of possession of 14 pornographic videos of a child.

In relation to the two other children, the man is said to have first begun messaging them when they were 11 and 12, respectively, asking both girls to perform sexual acts upon him including having a threesome.
