Ten people were taken for medical treatment on Saturday evening following a four-vehicle collision in North Side, police said.
Two of the 10 people remained in hospital on Sunday nursing non-life-threatening injuries, an RCIPS statement said on Sunday.
Details of the collision are limited, however police said that shortly before 6pm on Saturday, officers responded to a report of a four-vehicle collision with multiple injuries on Frank Sound Road, North Side.
Police, along with fire officers and emergency medical services personnel, attended the location and the 10 people were transported to hospital by ambulance as well as private vehicles.
The roadway was temporarily closed following the collision, but has since been reopened.
The collision is currently under investigation by the Traffic & Roads Policing Unit.
