Singer and songwriter Madam Nirosa has announced a new song titled ‘Circles’, set for release on streaming platforms on 28 April.
The artist made the announcement on her Instagram page earlier this month with a video reel, teasing her followers about a song with a “controversial love interest, as the Caribbean has its share of tea and dilemma”.

The 24-year-old, whose real name is Antonia Mena-Hebbert, told the Cayman Compass, she had to do some homework for the song, which she describes as the project that will “expose her to the dancehall market”.
“I had to research more on the kind of topics that surround that genre and how the consumers of that market interact with the songs and lyrics, and that is how I developed this song,” she said.
Madam Nirosa said when it comes to music and the creative process, “There’s so many avenues to explore and learn from. It is equivalent to diving into different cultures to experience new things. It is such a magical feeling that allows me to grow and challenges me to build a strong foundation as a multi-talented Caymanian.”
The singer/songwriter is popular for bringing her smooth and melodious jazz voice to local stages across Cayman, including for Red Sky at Night, Cool Out Festival, Unplugged Serenade concert series, and the Talent Xposition of the Arts.
For the Cayman Brac native, the new song joins with five releases of original music and two released collaborations, including a high-energy feature single with local rapper Vassco Got The Recipe. The track made its rounds across social media.
“I’ve always had a great dynamic with Vassco Got the Recipe. He is very talented and intellectual,” Madam Nirosa said, adding, “We’ve always been able to work on exciting music effortlessly due to our unique and ambitious teamwork.”
As for what’s next, she said, “This year, I’m focusing on developing my versatility in music and creative crafts to expand my music career and life goals.”
