Arek Angel Lawrence Ebanks will face a jury trial on 30 March after he pleaded not guilty to robbing a man at Smith Barcadere in October last year.
Ebanks appeared via video link in Grand Court on Friday, 9 Jan., before Justice Cheryll Richards.
During the robbery, a wallet containing $200, an iPhone, a ring and a bracelet were taken from a man at the beach on 24 Oct.
Ebanks was remanded in custody until his trial, which is expected to last three or days days.
