Burglars broke into three commercial properties in the Eastern Avenue and Shedden Road area of George Town in the early hours of Wednesday.
The Caymanian Compass was among the businesses targeted. A small amount of camera equipment was taken.
The Jamaica National Building Society and the Blue Marlin restaurant were also burgled, though police could not say by press time on Wednesday if anything had been taken in either break-in.
A security alarm alerted police to the burglary at the building society at 4.23 a.m. The two additional break-ins were reported when staff arrived between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m.
