Kudos to Ms. Bodden for her letter, Reach out to boy (Caymanian Compass, 3 July). It is disgraceful that we as a country spend millions on issues that prove to be an exercise in futility, and we have no place to take care of our at-risk youth.
This child needs help; we just can’t continue to ship our children off to be ‘cared for’ by facilities in other countries.
