Visitors to Boatswain’s Beach got a taste of the old-time Cayman Islands Tuesday as West Bay put on its Sunday best (or best pirate costumes) for Heritage Day.
Boatswain’s ‘Cayman Street’ attraction added a bit of backdrop to the scene of basket-making, turtle stewing and steel drum playing.
Event organisers estimated several hundred people attended throughout the course of the day.
