The thanksgiving service for the
life of Captain Charles Leonard Kirkconnell was held Saturday, 27 February, at
the Cayman Islands Baptist Church in Savannah. The state funeral culminated at
the Garden of Reflections Cemetery for the interment. There was also a rifle
salute by the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service. Here Capt. Charles’ casket
is transported by RCIPS officers.
