One of the drivers involved in a
fatal accident in January has been charged with causing death by dangerous
driving.
Police said the 21 year old man was
driving a Honda Toreno involved in a collision
with a Toyota on Shamrock Road 15 January.
According to police both drivers
were speeding when the driver of the Honda lost control of his vehicle and slammed
into a concrete fence near Will T. Drive.
A passenger inside the Honda,
23-year-old Matthew Antonio Bodden was killed, two other passengers were injured.
The man is expected to appear in
court later this month.
