Eighteen months of hard work has given the Cayman Islands a much-needed historical tome – Shipwrecks of the Cayman Islands.

The book by Cayman Brac resident Lawson Wood officially went on sale 26 May at Hobbies and Books, Grand Harbour.

The author was on hand to sign copies of the book.

With a foreword by Jean-Michel Cousteau, author of Great White Shark, the book is full of graphic pictures and appealing, concise articles.
