A 26-year-old man died after a two vehicle accident in Bodden Town on Saturday night.
At 11.20pm emergency services were called to the accident which involved a Toyota Tercel and a Chevrolet truck.
The 26-year-old man, a passenger in the Chevrolet, was taken to the Cayman Islands Hospital and pronounced dead at 11.53pm.
Police arrested the driver of the vehicle on suspicion of driving under the influence and causing death by dangerous driving.
The 46-year-old male driver of the Tercel was arrested for driving without insurance.

The Royal Cayman islands Police accident reconstructionist attended the scene.
The Traffic Department will carry out a full investigation into the incident, say the RCIP.
